  offered volume across five bond symbols to 66\,810 billion tomans. Per Ib
 ena and Ecoiran reporting on 8 August 2026\, only about 3\,110 billion tom
 ans sold\, roughly 4.6 percent of the offered volume\, reflecting persiste
