 pter 19 of the national building code may be enforced in parallel. Under t
 he notification\, reported on 3 August 2026\, parallel enforcement runs fr
 om 10 January 2026 to 20 March 2027 (29 Esfand 1405)\, after which only th
 e fifth edition governs design\, supervision and construction. The notific
