 29\, 2026)\, guaranteed cheques must be paid instantly to the beneficiary 
 without conditioning payment on interbank settlement\, and issuance of cod
 ed cheques is banned from the same date. Bank Maskan confirmed the same da
 y it had stopped issuing coded cheques\, corroborating the rule's start. T
 rading of previously issued coded cheques will also be banned from the fir
