DESCRIPTION:Under a decision the Russian government announced on 30 July 20
 26 (8 Mordad 1405)\, producers are exempted from the diesel\, marine fuel 
 and gasoil export restrictions from 1 September 2026 (10 Shahrivar 1405). 
 The exemption is part of the same package that extended the gasoline and d
 iesel export ban to 31 January 2027. This entry records the date the exemp
