150th Gold Bar Auction - Iran Currency and Gold Exchange Center
The 150th gold bullion auction session of Iran's Currency and Gold Exchange Center, scheduled for Khordad 26, 1405 (June 16, 2026), was not held due to a widespread disruption at several Iranian banks (including Melli, Saderat, Tejarat and Toseeh Saderat) that prevented participants from depositing and settling funds. The Exchange Center said the next session's date would be announced separately.

The 10th gold bullion auction of 1405, run by Iran's Currency and Gold Exchange Center, was held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 (23 Tir 1405) from 14:00 to 17:00. The session offered 31 kilograms of standard gold bullion, of which 29 kilograms were sold, at an average price of about 23.523 billion tomans per bar. Participants had to deposit 50 billion rials in collateral per bar, with a weekly purchase cap of 25 bars per buyer.
