Kesht va Sanat Helal IPO (symbol Zahlal) on Iran Fara Bourse

Kesht va Sanat Helal, affiliated with the Iranian Red Crescent, held its IPO on Wednesday, 27 Khordad 1405 (June 17, 2026), offering 12 percent of its shares (60 million shares) under the symbol Zahlal on the second market of Iran Fara Bourse. In the second stage, 40 million shares were allocated at a fixed price of 36,518 rials among more than 1,262,229 individual investors and 1,149 legal trading codes.
