Bank Pasargad said in a Codal material disclosure that, under Article 16 of Iran's law on removing obstacles to competitive production, it would auction 18.99 percent of its stake in Pasargad Insurance through Iran Fara Bourse. The auction, held on October 5, 2026 (13 Mehr 1405), found no buyers. The bank said the sale remains on its board's agenda and further details will be disclosed on Codal later.
