Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Sahmino and the Rasad workspace. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. Any change is announced with the date at the top of this page.

1. Your account

• An account belongs to one person. The email address you register must be yours and reachable: account, payment and alert messages are sent to it.
• Keeping your password safe is up to you. For more protection, turn on two-factor sign-in or a passkey in your account settings.
• Buying a plan or credits needs a verified email address.

2. Plans and payment

• The Free, Pro and Business plans come with the features and prices shown on the pricing page. Prices are in toman and the final amount is shown before you pay.
• Payment goes through the ZarinPal bank gateway, and your card details never reach Sahmino.
• Renewal is manual: nothing is charged unless you place the order yourself. We send an email reminder before a term ends.
• If an amount was taken and the order did not complete, the bank returns it under the gateway's own procedure. For any payment problem, write to us from the contact page.

3. Request allowance and assistant credits

Each plan carries a set allowance of Rasad requests, and what remains is shown in your account. Assistant answers and AI analyses draw on assistant credits, and the cost of each task is shown before it runs. Credits you buy belong to that account.

4. Teams

A team's owner pays for its seats and can invite or remove members. Shared team work stays with the team when a member leaves.

5. The API

An API token is personal and issued for your own account. Do not share it, and use it within your plan's limits; revoke a leaked token at once from your account settings.

6. Acceptable use

• Automated reading of the site outside the API, reselling the data or republishing it in bulk is not allowed.
• Attempting to reach other people's accounts, get around the limits or disrupt the service is not allowed.
• Quoting Sahmino's content with its name and a link to the piece is welcome.

7. Accuracy

Every figure is shown with its source and the time it was last updated. If you see an error, tell us from the contact page or the report option in Rasad and it will be checked and corrected.

8. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from its settings. Your personal details, portfolios, alerts and conversations are deleted, and payment records are kept without a name or address. The email address of a closed account stays unavailable for a new registration for 30 days.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Using the service after that date means accepting the new version.
