Privacy

This page explains what Sahmino keeps about you, what it is used for, and how you manage or delete it.

What we keep

• Your account: your name, email address, chosen language and password (stored as a one-way hash).
• Your work in Rasad: portfolio holdings and transactions, the symbols you follow, alerts, saved screens and valuations, your investor questionnaire answers and your conversations with the assistant.
• Payments: orders, amounts and the bank's tracking number. Card details are entered at the bank gateway and never reach us.
• Messages: whatever you send from the contact page or the feedback option in Rasad.
• Notifications: if you turn on browser notifications, your browser's subscription address is kept.

What we use it for

To run the service itself: showing your portfolio and alerts, sending account and payment emails and the alerts you set up, answering your messages, keeping accounts secure and improving the site. We do not sell your information or hand it to anyone for advertising.

Emails

Account verification, password reset and payment messages are part of your account. Every alert email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can change delivery preferences in your alert settings too.

Analytics and cookies

• Visits are counted with Matomo on Sahmino's own servers and are never sent to an advertising network. For signed-in accounts your customer number, name and email address are recorded with the visit, so we can see which parts are useful to whom; these statistics are seen only by the Sahmino team.
• The cookies we set: a session cookie for signing in, your display mode (light or dark), the sidebar state, and the analytics cookies.

Who it is shared with

• The ZarinPal payment gateway: only to complete a payment.
• The AI model provider: the questions you ask the assistant, and the summary of your portfolio an analysis needs, are processed to produce an answer.
• Email: sent from Sahmino's own mail server.

How long it is kept

• Your account and your work in Rasad, for as long as the account is open.
• Technical server logs for 30 days, and the step-by-step detail of assistant tasks for 180 days.
• Payment records are kept without a name or address after an account is closed.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and you can turn on two-factor sign-in or a passkey. Your account settings list every signed-in device, and you can sign any of them out.

Deleting your information

Closing your account from its settings deletes your personal details and your work in Rasad. For any question or request about your information, write from the contact page or email info@sahmino.com.
