The arrears relate to unpaid increases for Farvardin and Ordibehesht. According to Ecoiran at 12:51 Tehran time on Tuesday, 10 Shahrivar, the payment process actually began the evening of Monday, 9 Shahrivar, and deposits are continuing gradually.
