18 October 2026 | 2 days ago
Toska Investment Group, traded as ATSP, disclosed separately on Codal that its controlled subsidiary Tose'e Noavari Toska approved a capital increase from 10 billion to 250 billion rials at an assembly on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The filing says the increase is funded through matured shareholder claims, and puts ATSP's ownership of the subsidiary at 100% on the assembly date. This is a different company from Rahbord Tejarat Toska, whose cash-funded increase was also reported that day; the form does not quantify a separate earnings effect for ATSP from this resolution.
