The extraordinary general meeting of Pars Tousheh Investment Company (ticker TSHE) approved a capital increase at 14:00 on Thursday, 22 October 2026 (30 Mehr 1405). According to the summary of decisions filed on Codal, capital rises from 10,000 billion rials to 13,000 billion rials: an increase of 3,000 billion rials, or 30%, funded entirely from retained earnings. Par value is 1,000 rials a share, and the share count goes from 10 billion to 13 billion.

Because the source is retained earnings rather than a cash contribution, shareholders pay nothing and current holders' percentage stakes do not change. Holders of 75.18% of the shares attended, of which 60.4% belonged to Kousha Pisheh Company. The capital-increase permit had been issued on 21 September 2026 (30 Shahrivar 1405), and the company said it will register the increase with the companies registry before its annual general meeting for the fiscal year ending 20 March 2027 (29 Esfand 1405).
