According to a material disclosure filed by Galbar on Codal, an auction to sell a 54 percent stake in RP Nasr Khomein (a private joint-stock company), held on Monday, September 28, 2026 (5 Mehr 1405), closed with a single bidder at the base price of 3,846,190,670,000 rials (over 3,846 billion rials).

Per Galbar's board minutes dated September 28, Tose'e Sanat Foolad Otana was declared the winning bidder, and the board resolved to finalize the share-sale contract with the company at that value. Details of the transaction were published on Codal on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
