Between 2 and 4 August 2026, three block offering notices were published: 6.97 percent of Pars Paper Industries Group (non-managerial), 16.34 percent of Noosh Mazandaran (managerial, non-controlling) and 65.05 percent of Fars Trade Power Generation (controlling). None of them appears on the retail board. Under the notice's own formula, the base price of the controlling parcel is the board's closing value plus 150 percent of it, or roughly 2.5 times board value.
