11th Islamic Treasury Bond Auction of 1405

At this year's 11th Islamic Treasury bond auction, held Sunday 18 Mordad (August 9, 2026), the government offered 84,100 billion tomans in bonds but sold only 44,600 billion tomans, about 53 percent. Per Ecoiran, total government bond sales since the start of 1405 have covered only 22 percent of the budget ceiling set for this financing channel.
