Bank Eqtesad Novin auction of its investment subsidiary and 40% of its brokerage, 3 Aban 1405

Bank Eqtesad Novin (NOVN) announced in two Codal disclosures on 21 Mehr 1405 (13 October 2026) an auction on 3 Aban 1405 (25 October 2026): 1,750,000,000 shares (100%) of Eqtesad Novin Investment and Capital Management in one cash block, and 399,980,000 shares (40%) of Bank Eqtesad Novin Brokerage, 60% cash and the rest in 12 equal instalments over three years. Results are estimated for 10 Aban (1 November 2026) and 17 Aban 1405 (8 November 2026), respectively.
