Takceram Tile extraordinary general meeting, second call

The board of Takceram Tile Manufacturing stated in its Codal assembly invitation that the company's extraordinary general meeting will be held at second call at 11:00 on Monday 10 August 2026 (19 Mordad 1405) in Isfahan. The first call on 22 July 2026 did not reach quorum. The agenda is to bring the company's articles of association into line with the Securities and Exchange Organization template.
