Takceram Tile annual general meeting, second call

The board of Takceram Tile Manufacturing stated in its Codal assembly invitation that the company's annual general meeting for the year ended 20 March 2026 will be held at second call at 09:00 on Monday 10 August 2026 (19 Mordad 1405) in Isfahan. The first call on 22 July 2026 did not reach quorum. The agenda covers approval of the financial statements, appointment of the auditor, board remuneration and dividend distribution.
