Seven OPEC+ members, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman, held their monthly virtual meeting on Sunday, October 4, 2026 (12 Mehr 1405), deciding to hold November 2026 production at the same level as September, meaning the pause in unwinding the voluntary 1.65 million barrel per day supply cut continues. The seven reaffirmed their commitment to the Declaration of Cooperation and set their next meeting for November 1, 2026 (10 Aban 1405).
