A 65.05 percent controlling stake in Movalled Niroogahi Tejarat Fars goes on offer at Iran Farabourse on 15 August

The market operations department of Iran Farabourse announced that a controlling block in Movalled Niroogahi Tejarat Fars, traded under the symbol Bemovalled 4, will be offered in the Farabourse second market on 24 Mordad 1405 (15 August 2026). The notice was published by the Securities and Exchange News Agency (SENA) on Sunday 2 August 2026 (11 Mordad 1405).

The offer covers 5,510,774,551 shares, equal to 65.05 percent of the company's total shares, to be sold as a bulk cash transaction.

Under the stated pricing terms, the total base price equals the number of shares on offer multiplied by the symbol's closing price on the day before the offer date or on the date the offer notice is published, plus 150 percent of that value. The transaction price will be based on whichever of the two readings is higher.
