A 6.97 percent stake in Pars Paper Industries Group goes on block offer in Tehran on 23 August

The Tehran Stock Exchange announced a block offering of shares in Pars Paper Industries Group. The notice was republished by the Securities and Exchange News Agency (SENA) on Sunday 2 August 2026 (11 Mordad 1405).
According to the exchange notice, 6.97 percent of the company's shares will be offered as a non management block on Sunday 1 Shahrivar 1405 (23 August 2026) on the Tehran Stock Exchange.
A non management block offering is the sale of a package of shares that does not transfer managerial control of the company to the buyer.
