Abin Signs Three Dried Pistachio Sale Contracts Worth Over 255 Billion Rials Combined

Abin disclosed, through three separate material disclosures on Codal, that it has signed cash sale contracts for dried "Khandan" pistachios of the Abbas-Ali, Ahmad-Aghaei and Fandoghi varieties. According to the filings, dated September 30 and October 1, 2026, one contract worth 85.2 billion rials was signed with Mr. Allahnour Hosseini, another worth 169.5 billion rials with Mr. Hosseini, and a third worth 993.3 million rials with Mr. Reza Kheirkhah. The combined value of the three contracts exceeds 255.69 billion rials, with all three to be settled in cash.
