Growth was led by the energy and mining businesses, where revenue surged 355 percent year on year to Dh12.3 billion, while hospitality and leisure revenue rose 127.7 percent to Dh5.2 billion. IHC chief executive Syed Basar Shueb described the results as reflecting "a combination of operating performance, disciplined capital allocation and active portfolio management."
