Asiatech to Pay a 260 Rial Dividend per Share, Keeping 59 Percent of the Period's Profit in the Company

The extraordinary general meeting of the company trading under the symbol اسیاتک (Asiatech), covering the 12 month period ended 29 Esfand 1404 (20 March 2026), was held on Tuesday, 19 August 2026 (28 Mordad 1405) and approved a cash dividend of 260 rials per share. The minutes were published on codal on Saturday, 23 August 2026 (1 Shahrivar 1405).

Earnings per share for the period were reported at 634 rials and net income at 7,295,143 million rials, putting the payout ratio at 41.01 percent. The total distributed comes to 2,990,000 million rials, against registered capital of 11,500,000 million rials.
