Banian Wins an Order for 40,000 Battery Cells From Nian Electronic, a Contract Worth About 1,599 Billion Tomans

In a group-A material disclosure filed on Codal on Sunday, 19 Mehr 1405 (October 11, 2026), Banian reported signing a contract to take an order for 40,000 cells of various batteries from Nian Electronic Company. The contract amount on the form is 15,985,878 million rials, about 1,599 billion tomans.

According to the form, Nian Battery Khavaran accepted the order on the basis of Nian Electronic's order referral letter number 1405/20449 and the 10-year memorandum of understanding between the two companies. The contract date and effective date are both 19 Mehr 1405, and payment is settled after each consignment is delivered, in the amount of that consignment's invoice.

Banian shares on the Farabourse closed Sunday, 19 Mehr, at 20,600 rials, up 1.78 percent from the previous day. The disclosure form is available on Codal under tracing number 1610138.
