According to the decisions of the extraordinary general assembly of Sayna (ticker SYNZ), held on Saturday, 18 Mehr 1405 (October 10, 2026) and published on Codal on Sunday, 19 Mehr (October 11), the company's capital will rise from 2,100 billion rials (210 billion tomans) to 7,300 billion rials (730 billion tomans). The increase is 5,200 billion rials (520 billion tomans), equal to 248 percent of current capital.

The increase is funded from two sources: 3,000 billion rials (300 billion tomans) from receivables and cash contributions, and 2,200 billion rials (220 billion tomans) from retained earnings. The cash portion is about 58 percent of the total increase. It dilutes the ownership share of holders who do not subscribe, while the retained-earnings portion only raises the share count and leaves each holder's share unchanged. Par value is 1,000 rials per share and the current share count is 2.1 billion.

The source is the assembly decisions letter on Codal, tracing number 1610024.
