Bazargam Discloses Exclusive Logistics Memorandum for Imported Electrical Parts, With No Implementation Contract Announced
15 October 2026 | 6 days ago
In an amended group-B Codal disclosure published on Thursday, 15 October 2026 (23 Mehr 1405), Bazargam said it had signed an exclusive cooperation memorandum to provide logistics and customs-clearance services for imported electrical parts. The disclosure says the scope includes printed circuit boards, street lights, floodlights, integrated circuits, assembly parts and related items, with Post Pishgaman providing the services. The form gives 11 October 2026 (19 Mehr 1405) as the event date.
In another related-party disclosure by the same company, the counterparty to the memorandum is named as Pishgaman Asr Ertebatat Knowledge-Based Production Cooperative, and a managerial link through shared board representation at Bandar Khoshk Pishgaman is reported. This is a memorandum, and the filing gives neither a value for an implementation contract nor any realised revenue. It should therefore not be treated as a completed sales contract with guaranteed income.
