By court order, Bank Saderat Iran returns 69.16 percent stake in Sazeh Pouyesh to former owners

According to a disclosure filed on Codal, on September 3, 2026 (12 Shahrivar 1405), in compliance with a judicial order, 3,850,596,413 shares of Sazeh Pouyesh Company (symbol Khapouyesh), equal to 69.16 percent of the company, were transferred back from Bank Saderat Iran to their former owners. The disclosure states the returned shares were split among Ozam Construction Investment Company with 53.87 percent, Seyed Mohsen Nojoumian with 10.48 percent, and Alireza Iravani with 4.82 percent.
