Iran's Targeted Subsidies Organization, in an official call published by IRNA on Sunday, 15 Shahrivar 1405 (6 September 2026), invited qualified companies to declare readiness to help implement a credit based goods purchase scheme, under cabinet resolution number 4040/T65514H.
Under the call, applicant companies must have a nationwide network of contracted stores and in person and online sales systems capable of offering interest free credit purchases, and must be prepared to provide interest free credit equal to twice a household's monthly cash subsidy for heads of households who receive the cash subsidy nationwide. Eligible companies have until 24 Shahrivar 1405 (15 September 2026) to register their readiness through the hadafmandi.ir portal; the organization said registering alone creates no commitment to sign a final agreement.
