Damavand Mining Reclassifies Lead Concentrate Auction Disclosure From Group A to B, Contract Still Pending
21 October 2026 | 7 days ago
Damavand Mining said in a Codal amendment published on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 (29 Mehr 1405), that it has reclassified its lead sulphide concentrate auction result disclosure from group A to group B. The amendment refers to the auction result published on October 20 (28 Mehr), which named a winning bidder, but the company says the related contract has not yet been signed and its details will be disclosed later.
The initial notice did not fix a contract sum either: it said the sum would depend on the sample's grade and moisture at delivery. Naming a bidder therefore does not establish either revenue or a signed contract. This concerns Damavand Mining itself, not the failed separate auction for a travertine mine operator announced in another notice.
