Hamedan Glass Pays 300 Rials per Share Against 981 Rials of Earnings, a 30.58% Payout

The annual ordinary general assembly of Hamedan Glass (SHMD) approved a cash dividend of 300 rials per share on Saturday, October 17, 2026 (25 Mehr 1405), for the 12-month fiscal year ended June 21, 2026 (31 Khordad 1405). According to the assembly's amended decisions summary published on Codal on October 20, 2026 (28 Mehr 1405), earnings per share were 981 rials, net income 16,193,472 million rials and registered capital 16,500,000 million rials.

The total cash dividend is 4,950,000 million rials (4,950 billion rials) and the payout ratio is 30.58 percent of net income, so more than two thirds of profit stays in the company. The 981-rial earnings per share matches the EPS in the company's 12-month financial statements for the same period on Sahmino. On Sahmino's board at 11:32 on Wednesday, 29 Mehr (October 21), SHMD traded at 6,670 rials, up 0.91 percent from the previous day.
