Iran Mercantile Exchange Offers Nearly 3 Million Tons of Iron Ore and Cement

Iran Mercantile Exchange halls hosted the offering of 2,906,289 tons of products on Sunday, August 16, 2026 (25 Mordad 1405), with the main focus on iron ore and cement. According to Kalakhabar via Bourse News, the open auction hall offered 1,147,628 tons of products including 922,000 tons of iron ore, 218,000 tons of vacuum bottom and 3,620 tons of copper cathode. The cement hall traded 988,828 tons of cement. The industrial hall hosted 563,620 tons of products including 444,000 tons of iron ore pellets, 106,250 tons of sponge iron and 5,250 tons of rebar. The export hall offered 203,383 tons of products including 70,292 tons of cement, 12,200 tons of clinker and 4,000 tons of steel bloom and billet. The petrochemical hall listed 90,514 tons of products including 81,500 tons of lube cut.
