Iran Mercantile Exchange reshuffles offering days for the week to 5 August because of the Tuesday holiday
1 August 2026 | 3 months ago
The Iran Mercantile Exchange issued a notice on Saturday 1 August 2026 (10 Mordad 1405) setting out how products will be offered in the week ending 14 Mordad 1405 (5 August 2026). Because Tuesday 13 Mordad (4 August) is a public holiday, the offering days for some products shift within that week.
The detailed changes were published to market participants in a table attached to the notice.
The offering calendar matters operationally for physical market buyers, because the scheduling of products such as steel, cement and polymer feedstock determines which trading sessions absorb the week's demand.
