Kama (Bama Mining and Industrial Company), listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, disclosed in an amended filing published on Codal on Monday, September 21, 2026 (30 Shahrivar 1405), that it sold products to a foreign customer worth 10,229,137 million rials. The group B material disclosure states the transaction was dated September 19, 2026 (28 Shahrivar 1405), and its value equals 41.83 percent of the company's total sales revenue in the prior fiscal year and 3.71 percent of the book value of its total assets. The counterparty is a buyer of the company's export products, with settlement made under international terms through Iran's gold and currency exchange mechanism.
