Gharin Transfers 15.05 Percent Stake in Hassananoo Manufacturing to Two Group Affiliates

A group A material disclosure by Gharin, published on Codal on Monday, September 21, 2026 (30 Shahrivar 1405), reported the transfer of a 15.05 percent stake in Hassananoo Manufacturing Company. Per the filing, whose event date is recorded as September 20, 2026 (29 Shahrivar 1405), 1,556,206,019 Hassananoo shares, equal to 15.05 percent of that company, moved out of Gharin's direct ownership and were split between two group affiliates, Zeshk Industrial Factories Group and Beheshte Saadat Iranian Group. The company said the transfer was carried out as part of completing the process of listing Hassananoo's symbol on the capital market, in line with the relevant legal requirements.
