Kansar Raises Silica Sand Prices by 25 Percent

According to Codal, Kansar disclosed in a group A material disclosure that, under a board decision dated 15 Mehr 1405 (October 7, 2026), the company's product prices will rise by an average of 25 percent starting 16 Mehr; the price per tonne of silica sand rose from 42,000 to 56,500 rials. Citing output of 90,000 tonnes of silica sand, the company estimated the price increase would add about 945 billion rials to operating revenue by the end of the fiscal year ending 29 Esfand 1405. Sales of this product accounted for 7.46 percent of the company's total revenue in the previous fiscal year.
