Kia (KLSS) Raises Welding Electrode Prices by Up to 34 Percent

Kia Co. (Farabourse ticker KLSS) disclosed in a group-A material filing on Codal on Thursday, October 1, 2026, that its board raised the price of welding electrodes from 2,200,000 rials to 2,950,000 rials, an increase of about 34 percent, and set the price of CO2 electrodes at 2,600,000 rials. The filing said welding electrode sales accounted for about 96.5 percent of the company's operating revenue last fiscal year. The KLSS share closed its last trading session before the news (Wednesday, September 30) up about 2.8 percent at 10,970 rials, having gained more than 25 percent since the start of Shahrivar (late August).
