Lotus Parsian Underwrites 30 Percent of Pakshoo's Murabaha Sukuk at a 23 Percent Yield

According to a Codal filing, Lotus Parsian Investment Bank said on 6 Mehr 1405 (September 28, 2026) that it has taken on underwriting and market-making commitments for part of an Islamic murabaha bond issue by Pakshoo Industrial Group (ticker صکشو۷۷). Under the disclosure, Lotus Parsian committed to underwrite 1,500,000 million rials, or 30 percent of the total issue, in exchange for a 15,000 million rial underwriting fee and a total market-making fee of 366,000 million rials over the bond's two-year life. The bonds carry a 23 percent annual yield, paid quarterly.
