Pardis Petrochemical (ticker Shepdis) reported a profit of 31.1 trillion tomans in its nine-month report to the end of Khordad 1405 (June 21, 2026), a rise of 90% on the same period a year earlier. The quarterly split is uneven: the company booked 14 trillion tomans in the first quarter of its fiscal year (autumn) and 13.7 trillion in the second (winter), but profit in the third quarter, spring 1405, was limited to 2.4 trillion tomans, attributed mainly to the country's exceptional conditions in that period.
The removal of the preferential exchange rate has supported profitability, with the company's urea selling price rising over six months from 26.7 million tomans to more than 61.1 million tomans. Sales in Khordad came to 5.6 trillion tomans, down 6% from Khordad last year but up 44% on the preceding month. Cumulative sales over ten months of the fiscal year reached 72.7 trillion tomans, a 69% increase on the comparable period.
On the production side, the company made 139,300 tonnes of urea in Tir, an improvement on Farvardin, Ordibehesht and Khordad, and at points during Tir was running two of its three production phases. Over the first four months of 1405 it produced about 364,500 tonnes of urea and sold only 230,900 tonnes, leaving a substantial inventory available for sale in the months ahead.
