Pars Oil and Gas Company said on Monday 19 October 2026 (27 Mehr 1405) that some newly completed equipment and units at the South Pars Phase 13 refinery had been commissioned and handed over to their final operator, the South Pars Gas Complex. The company's deputy for development projects listed the gas-dehydration and ethane-recovery compressors, carbon dioxide equipment for the fire-suppression system, the southern butane tank and the refinery's gasoline pump unit among the handed-over facilities.

The onshore project manager also reported completion and commissioning of the sulphur-recovery unit, while the tail-gas treatment section remains in the commissioning process. A condensate-stabilisation compressor is planned for commissioning next month, and the company says it is working to complete the remaining onshore facilities by the end of Azar 1405; both are plans, not completed works.
