Pars Electric (PELC) announced a new auction of surplus property in a group-B Codal filing on Monday, 4 Aban 1405 (October 26, 2026). The previous auction of those properties ended without a result on 28 Mehr (October 20, 2026), because the number of bidders fell below the required minimum. A property on Motahari Street and an industrial plant owned by subsidiary Sirjan Electronics are being offered. Collection of tender documents starts on 8 Aban (October 30) and runs until 13 Aban (November 4), and bids will be opened on 16 Aban (November 7). The company says it aims to turn idle assets into productive ones; no sale or proceeds have materialised yet.
