MPGZ Relaunches Renewable Energy Stake Auction After Earlier Cancellation

Mapna Power Plant Management Group (MPGZ) issued a new notice on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to auction 38 million shares, or 19% of Mapna Renewable Energy Production Company, one day after it cancelled an earlier auction. The new block's reserve price is 71,063,094 million rials. Bids are due by November 4, with envelopes opening November 7; terms call for 25% cash and the rest in four annual interest-free instalments. The notice does not mean a sale has been completed or a profit booked.
