Peyman Signs Renewable Power Plant Construction and Equipment Contract

In a group-A Codal disclosure published Wednesday, 21 October 2026, Peyman reported signing a contract with Kasra Kalhor Gharb Agriculture, Industry and Mining Company to build and equip a renewable electricity plant. The filing dates the contract to 17 October and says implementation takes effect on 23 October 2026.
The disclosed contract value is 600 billion rials, with monthly settlement following progress statements. Signing a contract does not mean payment has been received or its entire value recognised as revenue on the announcement date.
