Three US software companies, Salesforce, CrowdStrike and Okta, released second quarter fiscal 2027 results on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, all beating analyst estimates. According to Salesforce's official release, revenue reached $11.3 billion, up 11% year over year, with non-GAAP earnings per share of $5.90; the company raised its full year revenue guidance to $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion, and its shares jumped more than 12% after hours. According to CrowdStrike's official release, revenue reached $1.47 billion, up 26% year over year; the company raised its full year outlook, and its shares rose more than 11%. Per FXStreet, Okta also beat estimates with revenue of $805 million and adjusted EPS of $1.05, and its shares surged more than 18%.
