Sarmayeh Gozari Maskan Shomal-Sharq (PMSZ) Terminates Its Mousavi Ghouchani Project Partnership With Astan Quds Razavi, a Contract Worth 2,021 Billion Tomans

Sarmayeh Gozari Maskan Shomal-Sharq (symbol PMSZ) announced in a Group A Codal notice, published as an amendment on Monday, 20 Mehr 1405 (12 October 2026), that it has terminated its partnership contract to build the "Mousavi Ghouchani project" with Astan Quds Razavi. The contract, No. 288341, was dated 21 Mehr 1400 (13 October 2021), and the notice gives the termination date as 15 Mehr 1405 (7 October 2026). The contract amount is recorded as 20,210,420 million rials, about 2,021 billion tomans.

The stated reasons are that the per-capita land-share question for the partnership site between Astan Quds Razavi and the Mashhad District 2 municipality has not been settled and that no building permit has been issued. The company's board, after consultation and citing soaring building materials prices, decided on the future of the contract; the full reasons and the parties' obligations are set out in the notice itself. The amendment was issued to complete documents the Securities Organization requested to clarify the notice. At 11:33 on Monday the PMSZ symbol on the Tehran Stock Exchange had a buy queue of 24,206,864 shares at 6,420 rials.
