The Investment Funds Supervision Center of the Securities and Exchange Organization has issued a subscription licence for the "National Kimia" fixed-income FX-asset investment fund, Mehr reported on Monday, 20 Mehr 1405 (12 October 2026), citing the center. Under the licence, subscription can run for up to one month from the date of the letter, in compliance with capital market rules, and any extension of that window must be notified to the Securities Organization in advance.
The minimum number of units needed to start the subscription is 100,000, the cap on units that can be subscribed is 1,000,000, and the maximum number of units that may be offered at this stage is 990,000. The FX fund "Mana Mellat" was subscribed earlier as the capital market's first FX fund, and the new fund is another step in widening FX-based financial instruments. Mehr's report does not state the unit price or the fund's investment policy details.
