Shahr Bank, traded as BSHP, said in a group-B Codal disclosure published on Wednesday, 14 October 2026 (22 Mehr 1405), that it is selling 18 properties surplus to its needs in a public auction, on cash or cash-plus-instalment terms financed through bank lending. The bank presents the sale as part of the law removing obstacles to competitive production and the Central Bank's published policies.

The notice was issued on 13 October (21 Mehr). The deadline for sealed bids is 15:00 on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 (28 Mehr), and the envelopes will be opened at 09:00 on Wednesday, 21 October (29 Mehr) in Tehran in front of the commission. Each bidder must deposit 5 percent of the base price, and the sale is run through Kish Atieh Trade Housing and Construction Company. The bank may accept or reject bids at its discretion until a contract is signed.

The property list and base prices are in the notice's attachment rather than the disclosure text, so the total value of the auction cannot be determined from this report. The bank previously finalised the sale of its Evin Kachooei property and recognised 4,484 billion rials of profit.
