The extraordinary annual general assembly of Sina Tile and Ceramic Industries (symbol: Kasaveh) was held on Saturday, September 6, 2026 (15 Shahrivar 1405), for the fiscal year ended March 20, 2026. According to the minutes published on Codal and recorded Saturday, September 12 (21 Shahrivar), the company, which reported earnings per share of 4,425 rials and net income of 11.062 trillion rials, approved a cash dividend of 2,200 rials per share.

The dividend represents a payout ratio of 49.72 percent and a total dividend of 5.5 trillion rials. The company's listed capital stands at 2.5 trillion rials.
