Tavoos Khavarmianeh Investment Bank Wins Auction for Middle East Bank Brokerage Shares

<p>Tavoos Khavarmianeh Investment Bank said in a Group A material disclosure published on Codal on Sunday 18 October 2026 (26 Mehr 1405) that it won the auction to buy the shares of the Middle East Bank brokerage. Besides the brokerage's shares, the auction covers preferred units of the brokerage's Ofogh and Ofogh Roshan joint investment funds.</p><p>The company took part in the auction on 13 October 2026 (21 Mehr 1405) and the result was announced on 18 October. The guarantee it provided was a deposit of 10% of the base cash deposit required to bid.
