Tehran's TEDPIX Slips Another 1% on the Week's Second Session to 8.18 Million

Tehran Stock Exchange's main index (TEDPIX) fell 1.03% to 8,180,424 on Sunday, October 18, 2026 (26 Mehr 1405). On Saturday, 25 Mehr, it had already dropped 1.9% to 8,265,156; the first two sessions of the week together cost about 2.9%. Donya-e-Eqtesad reported an outflow of more than 2.8 trillion tomans of individual-investor money from the equity market in the session.

The Farabourse index, a separate exchange with its own index, rose 0.22% to 65,046 the same day after falling about 1.7% on Saturday. The index readings come from Sahmino's records of the Sunday session.
